Do not think you have to do everything yourself.
As your career progressed it is likely you will have been judged on your task performance. It is hard to accept that now you are at a managerial level you do not have to undertake all the tasks yourself. If you have a team, don't be afraid to delegate -use their skills.
Not only are your talents and time limited, but failure to develop your staff is poor management.
