There is no way to save time. All saving time usually means is you have spent less time on one particular task. You cannot bank this saved time for use in the future and often if you save time on one task another will expand to fill the gap.
Remember Parkinson's Law - "Work expands to fit the time available".
Instead, concentrate on spending time better .
Try to spend some time each day thinking about what you do and why you do it.
