Some types of fungi such as mushrooms can be eaten.
Some fungi are extremely poisonous and should never be eaten. There are some mushrooms and toadstools that should NEVER EVER be eaten. NEVER EVER eat any fungi unless you are absolutely sure it is not poisonous.
